Care

At Horizon Church we have an active pastoral care team led by Pastor Deb Lenzo for those who call Horizon their church home. If you are struggling with life challenges our team is here to encourage and support you.  If you or a loved one is hospitalised we are here to stand in faith with you. Please contact our pastoral care office to have someone pray with you or to organise to meet up with one of our team.

On weekends, our pastors, leaders and care team will also be available to meet and pray with you.  Please visit our Information Desk to be connected with one of our team members.

Should you require counselling, our pastoral care team will be happy to provide you with a referral to a qualified Christian counsellor or clinic.

If you are pregnant or have recently had a newborn baby and require a little extra support we may be able to assist with the provision of meals through our Meals for Mums program.  We also have a Life Group with other new Mums who are here to encourage you and walk this journey of parenthood with you.  Please notify our care team before your due-date so we can support you appropriately.
