The adult community of Horizon Church is vibrant, active and full of fantastic opportunities to connect and grow in both faith and friendship.
HYP. – Horizon Young Professionals (25yrs+)
Horizon Young Professionals are savvy, focussed and passionate about their faith life. We enjoy casual catch ups and social hangs alongside dynamic involvement in our church community. If you are 25 or beyond and would like to be part of a vibrant community of young people making a difference on the planet, then you are so very welcome to join us. Adult Men & Women
If you are looking to connect and grow in your faith then Horizon Life Groups are an outstanding opportunity to find friendship, encouragement and inspiration for the journey. Meeting fortnightly, we have Life Groups available for men, women, as well as mixed groups and couples groups – we know you will find one where you feel right at home. In addition, there are gatherings and events, specifically designed with the needs of adult men and women in mind. To find a group options go to Horizon Groups. Families
We are passionate about seeing whole families engaged in faith together! Our family Life Groups, connect groups and events are designed to help families connect with each other as well as supporting Parents and kids as they grow in their faith and confidence in the things of God. We also seek to encourage strong, health marriages through PREPARE (marriage Preparation Course), ENRICH (marriage strengthening & enrichment course and FOUNDATIONS (small group course for your married couples). Families events, Group and/or Course information will be available via the Horizon App or by emailing [email protected].
Encore (65yrs+)
Encore exists to harness the passion and purpose of mature adults. If you are 65ish and beyond you are so welcome in our dynamic community. You will love our gatherings, groups and services.
Encore Service- Sutherland Campus: An intimate, acoustic style, chapel service held on Sundays at 3pm (during school terms) in the Horizon Basement. Uncover parking is available, with easy street level access to the venue. Come for the service and stay and enjoy the hospitality of our Encore café after the service.
Encore Gatherings are a great opportunity to connect socially while enjoying an outing or experience together.
Encore Life Groups are the best way to find close community and encouragement in your faith walk with other mature adults.

Life Groups
Our heart is that every person would be known, valued and given the opportunity to connect and grow.
If you are not currently part of a Life Group, it’s easy for you to find one that works for you! We have Life Groups that meet right across the Shire and beyond, catering for all ages and stages of life. Life groups meet fortnightly through the term, so for a small investment of an hour or so a fortnight, you can gain a bunch of great friends to hang out with plus the encouragement to keep growing in Christ.
